Life is just so contradicting. When you're a student, you hated exams and wna work to have more pocket money of your own. But when you work, you wna go back to student life where you have lesser politics and more less routined lifestyle.

I've tendered my resignation last wk which means my last day of work at EGL will be Sep 7th. Whoohoo! Im planning for a holiday break afterwhich, venue not decided, cud be taiwan, hong kong or korea. Meanwhile im also signing up for a deg course under Uni South Australia- Bachelor of Management. At the same time, i'll be helping out in sis business as its been doing pretty well lately and its expanding! The brand is going into Isetan-Wisma starting in end Sep. So peeps, keep a look out!

Have applied for flat with Eug. We want a simple home of our own. Once in awhile during wkends invite some frens up for tea and of cos boozies. His parents were very supportive and were even more excited than us, went down to HDB hub to pick up the booklet for us and they sat down at the table listing down the ones that are not so odd angled, location so on and so forth. We liked the premium flats at punggol with basement carpark, balcony and rooftop garden, but guess its not our luck, the demand is greater than the supply. His parents kept suggesting alternatives for both of us. Seems like im in the gd books of them. Hehehex. And as for my own parents they were also quite agreeable to it. :) phew~ Below picture of me n Eug taken jus today :)

I have been back from my hols. for almost 3wks and i haven got the time to upload all the pics from the trip! ;p busy me! i haven got enuff time even to slp! i havent watched tv for a long time! Thanks to all the frens and collegues for your concern of my dad. All your smses, he is recovering fine now!  Had a gall bladder ops. He had been warded for 10days and I literally was there everyday aft work, sat & sun. Running up n down CGH tt I even noe which nurses on which shifts. Sis was away fr Sin, mom also had minor cough & fever. I had to take up all the responsibilities paying bills etc.

At the beginning we all suspected the pain came from gastric, but he kept having fever for 3-4 days, den doctor suspected liver infection he went for a scan and realized liver was alright. Doctor suggested to scan and check the gall bladder, realized not only there were gall stones but the whole bladder was infected and swollen and had to be removed immediately tt day. Ops went thru about 4hrs and he was out.

He had to be transferred fr the Ops bed to his ward’s bed.. the curtain was closed we could only hear him whining for pain as the anesthetic was finished. At the point of time my heart turns sour I was clinching on to mom’s hands..  it’s the first time hearing dad whine for anything! His face was all pale. It was tough for him bearing the pain on such a BIG cut!

Below picture may have discomforts to some people.. tts how big the wound is.. mny mny stitches..

All is well now.. He is back home :) peeps dun be shy to show tt u love ur parents! give them a hug or even tell them u love them now! its nvr too late!

My bags are all packed up and ready to set off for the weekend getaway! Hope it will be a full load of fun with the collegues! :D:D i was amazed not even the hotel booked, the whole itenary was written out including which shopping malls, which specific restaurant names, and their location.! wee..

-Down on my luck-

Been so unlucky these days. Tues went to Sentosa dine by the beach with my collegues. And i knocked the side of my face to the entrance door as the sensor to the glass door was not active enough. >:O

Yesterday lunch had a farewell for one of my collegues at Secret Recipe(Siglap). As i came back and when i wanted to alight from the car, i opened the door, my collegue drove up!! shux.. i screamed!! my legs were almost ramped thru the wheels.lucky thing my heels got stucked first before it got underneath my skin. and that he step the break in time. :( :( i need to go pray pray already lar... :( :(

Chilled out with collegues and bosses at BFD (east coast)last night it was treat from Asia Pacific region boss. What a nieow ku we tot he wud haf treated us for a fine dining at Hyatt or Hilton. hehe ;p we all tot so as we received wrong 2nd hand info.. After bosses left, some of us proceeded for more drinking. Reached home at 2am. Tossed and turn in bed for 1 whole hour again.. abt 3:45am den fell aslp. Two consecutive nights. it was terrible.. lots of things to sort out in my head. i nid some slping pills!!!

Watched The Lake house ystd at Cathay. It was a romantic show with a little twist of storyline. "yah i teared but it was my tear of tiredness." WHAhaHA!! Caught a glimpse of fireworks on the way there. :') After movie walked to Giraffe but only realized they are closing at 1am so we headed to Acid bar. Surprisingly it was quite empty and it was Mykell with Jazz. (sorry if i spelt her name wrongly). Mesmerized by her singing, chatting and catching up.

If one likes you he/she will try all ways to get close to you, talk to you, forgives what you did, go extra miles for you, listen to you and to make your day happy.

What happens when there's nobody there whom you can even speak to, not mentioning understands you and be in your shoe. When you almost wanted to speak up, the person tells you he/she is busy or even when they listen he/she just finds it boring or doesnt even know what advise to give at all when you only needed them to listen and understand? You just became stronger and cry no more.
